Shutdown of yet another independent magazine in Kazakhstan a further sign of deteriorating media freedom, OSCE Representative says
VIENNA, 27 October 2015 – OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media Dunja Mijatović today condemned the shutdown of yet another media outlet in Kazakhstan, a move that can further limit free expression and free media in the country.

Journalists of three media outlets failed to collect materials
On October 20, 2015 journalists of network publications Informburo.kz, Today.kz and newspaper "Vremya" Serikzhan Mauletbai, Zarina Zhakupova and Katherine Tikhonova have left without their journalistic materials which was recorded on their dictaphones.

Murat Telibekov never published scandalous text about Kazakh people
On October 15, 2015 Ex-Leader of Party "Rukhaniyat" Serikzhan Mambetalin and civil activist Ermek Narymbaev were taken into custody during two months. According to inofficial version their detention was caused by application of 11 citizens for prosecution... with regard to Murat Telibekov, concerning "criminal text".
