President of Republic of Kazakhstan has signed new Code of Civil Procedure
On October 31, 2015 President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbaev has signed new Code of Civil Procedure. The article 19 "Transparency of legal proceeding" and 104 "Amount of a claim" of Code of Civil Procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan, these articles are extreme important for journalists.
