Court has acquitted journalist Sergei Kim in libel case
On December 18, 2015 Judge of Bostandyk District Court №2 Elena Kvan has awarded judgment. Sergei Kim was found innocent and acquitted for lack of corpus delicti. Earlier, air line "SCAT" charged journalist of media portal "Radiotochka" Sergei Kim with slander.

The flat of former employee of prohibited newspaper "Respublika" editor of Internet-edition "NAKANUNE.kz" Guzyal Baidalinova, who lived with her family was searched. It was launched as low-cost detective story.
