News agency KazTAG shall not publish retraction of information which supposedly discredited business activity of KFC

On November 03, 2015 news agency KazTAG informed, that LLP "Caspian international Restaurants" over network KFC (in particularly, it has restaurants of fast food Hardees and Costa coffee) prepared food from tainted chicken wings for its clients. These tainted chicken wings contained 30% of alkali (they were barred, according to sanitary epidemiological norms of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

On November 04, 2015 there was following information on the page of Company "KFC Kazakhstan" in social network Facebook. The Company "KFC Kazakhstan" informed about its intention to take measures for protection of its business reputation and achieve publication of a retraction of inaccurate information; to bring persons to responsibility, who helped to spread rumors an inaccurate information on company and in case of necessity it could bring an action against news agency KazTAG to court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  

A representative of news agency KazTAG informed foundation "Adil Soz", that they had all documents which acknowledged accuracy of disseminated information. He explained, that a journalist of news agency KazTAG addressed to KFS, in order to receive comments during publication of material. But, head of department of quality control refused to answer on questions.
