On October 09, 2015 court has satisfied statement of claim of Prosecutor of Medeu District of Almaty M. Bashybaev.

On October 20, 2015 journalists of network publications Informburo.kz, Today.kz and newspaper "Vremya" Serikzhan Mauletbai, Zarina Zhakupova and Katherine Tikhonova have left without their journalistic materials which was recorded on their dictaphones.

On October 15, 2015 Ex-Leader of Party "Rukhaniyat" Serikzhan Mambetalin and civil activist Ermek Narymbaev were taken into custody during two months. According to inofficial version their detention was caused by application of 11 citizens for prosecution... with regard to Murat Telibekov, concerning "criminal text".

The court hearings were launched in Bostandyk District Court of Almaty. The resident of Almaty Sovetkhan Myktybekova has filed a suit against television company "KTK", General Director of Television Channel Kanat Sakharyanov, editorial directors of television programs "Nasha Pravda" and "Drugaya Pravda" and journalist Saida Nurova.

There will be a closed judicial session of extortion case of Kanat Bozumbaev. The lawyer of one of the accused persons made application and it was plunked by representative of akim (governor).
