Court hearings were continued in Medeu District Court of Almaty on June 19, 2015. "KAZKOMMERTSBANK" has filed a suit against LLC "Media-Consalt" and owner of domain name of the website www.nakanune.kz Guzyal Baidalinova. LLC "Media-Consalt" is a legal entity of the Russian Federation and its representatives did not attend any court hearings; court investigation concentrate on offences of Guzyal Baidalinova.

The press conference was held in National Press Club on June 15, 2015. The lawyer of arrested editor of Pavlodar newspaper "Version" Yaroslav Golyshkin, Dmitriy Kuryachenko and mother of a girl, who was charged with extortion Zhuldyz Kulieva told about violations of right for protection in the course of investigation.

There was a second trial in Medeu District Court of Almaty. Representatives of Kazkommertsbank has filed a suit against owner of domain name of the website "Nakanune" Guzal Baidalinova.

Except for it, he did not register in due order in surveillance body on March 20, 2015, because he went to the department on March 16 and 18, 2015 and attended it at once after celebration of Nauryz on March 25, 2015.
