Court has acquitted journalist Sergei Kim in libel case

We would like to remind you that six months ago, journalist published article "SCAT Airline is a one of the world's most dangerous airline within six months" which was posted on the website of "Radiotochka" on June 17, 2015. He has made a mistake there, concerning title of information source and corrected mistake upon first admonishment. However, representatives of air line "SCAT" stated, that correspondent "disseminated and posted on media portal "Radiotochka" unverified and inaccuracy information which discredited business reputation of JSC "SCAT Airline".
The court has imposed air line "SCAT" on defrayal of court costs in the amount of KZT300000.
