On December 03, 2014 an establisher of newspaper "Tribuna-Sayasat Alany" was called to the Law-Enforcement Officer of Medeu District Erzhigitova. He was charged with non-execution of court decisions, decisions of bodies (officials) authorized to consider cases on administrative offences under article 524 of Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan; would be faced a hefty fine or could be arrested for up to ten days.

There was preparatory procedure to court hearings, concerning the suit of Department of Internal Policy of Almaty on closure of magazine "ADAMbol" and its Internet-version, in Medeu District Court of Almaty presided by judge A. Abisheva on November 28, 2014. The owner of magazine "ADAMbol" – LLP "ADAMDAR" ("People") and editor-in-chief Guljan Ergalieva defended a suit.

There was a trial in Cassation Board of Almaty City Court on November 26, 2014. It was connected with claim of Ersyn Amre, related to ruling of Board of Appeals of City Court, dated 27 October, 2014. On September 05, 2014 Medeu District Court of Almaty has awarded judgment, according to suit about protection of honour, dignity and business reputation and admission of discredited disseminated information of deputy for imam of mosque "Imangali" (Atyrau) Ersyn Amre which was filed it against owner of magazine "Adam Bol – LLP "Adamdar" ("People"). The defendant should recover 2,5 millions KZT (1USD=182.00) as moral damage compensation for imam Ersyn Amre and should refute information which was published in the article "Kazakhstan's front of Syria's war" (magazine "Adam Bol" №7, dated 21 February, 2014).

On November 24, 2014 Employee of Computer Incidents Response Team under the Ministry of Communication Botagoz Absattarova has sent a letter to co-founder of news portal Kloop.kg Bektur Iskender. In her letter, she asked to remove material "Video of Islamic State" "Children from Kazakhstan threaten to kill infidels".

On November 21, 2014 editorial staff of magazine "ADAMbol" received claim form of Department of Internal Policy (Almaty) in court, which insisted on closure of magazine. It was charged with propaganda and agitation of war. The charges originated from interview with human rights defender from Kazakhstan Aidos Sadykov in article "Our Kazakh people on foreign war".
