Editorial staff of magazine "ADAM bol" asked for help

On January 09, 2015 an officer of Depatment on Execution of Judicial Acts (Almaty) Rinat Nurseitov has visited editorial office of magazine "ADAM bol", in order to fulfill judgment, concerning recovery of KZT5000000 (1USD= 183.05) as moral damage compensation at the suit of clergyman Ersin Amre. 

On November 20, 2014 publication of magazine "ADAM bol" was suspended; on December 25, 2014 it was closed, according to awarded judgment. The editorial staff had no enough money. The editor-in-chief Ayan Sharipbaev has received a notice; he should reimburse and recover the amount in full volume, otherwise he would be charged under article 362 "Failure to comply with a court verdict, court decision or another judicial act" of Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.      

The editorial staff of magazine "ADAM bol" appealed to their readers and supporters for involvement in arrangement of contributions, in order to fulfill judgment; they believed, that it was just another political put-up job against independent edition.
