Judgment of "case over drugs" with regard to Julia Kozlova shall be awarded 29 February, 2016

There was a continuation of lawsuit towards criminal case with regard to journalist of information portal Nakanune.kz Julia Kozlova, who was charged under article 296 p. 2 "Illegal manufacture, processing, purchase, storage, transportation, transfer or sale of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances and their precursors" of Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in Bostandyk District Court № 2 (Almaty) on Friday 26, 2016. 

Earlier, her lawyer Aiman Umarova has filed a motion of admittance of inadmissible some material evidences; judge L. M. Bektemirova has kep it open, prior to awarding judgment. During last lawsuit, parties were engaged in oral statements. The prosecutor demanded for Julia Kozlova 180 hours of community services, Aiman Umarova asked to justify Julia Kozlova and dismiss case. 

Julia Kozlova in her last plea, thanked everyone for support and hoped for court fairness.
