Trade union of journalists of newspaper “Kazakhstanskaya Pravda” applied for Minister Askar Zhumagaliev

Trade union of journalists of newspaper “Kazakhstanskaya Pravda” has sent an open letter to Minister of Communication and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askar Zhumagaliev. Amanzhol Abdullayev was appointed as Deputy for Chairman of the Board of JSC “Respublikanskaya Gazeta Kazakhstanskaya Pravda”. After that the situation was changed fundamentally. There was a conflict between trade union of journalists of newspaper “Kazakhstanskaya Pravda” and Deputy for Chairman of the Board of JSC “Respublikanskaya Gazeta Kazakhstanskaya Pravda” Amanzhol Abdullayev.
Amanzhol Abdullayev pursued the policy of despotism, subjectivism, and complete absence of dialogue; used different methods of threats, provocative procedures and persecuted unwanted persons in his staff. As a result of it some key journalists of the edition said about their intension to dismiss.
They asked Minister of Communication and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askar Zhumagaliev to solve this problem, because they could not do it themselves.
