Prosecutor's Office of Zhetisu Region Closes the Case against Sandugash Duisenova

On August 14, the Prosecutor of Zhetisu Region, Madiyar Basshybaev, met with journalist Sandugash Duisenova regarding her potential criminal liability. After the conversation, the prosecutor's office requested the case for examination and subsequently issued a resolution to terminate the pre-trial investigation due to the absence of elements of a criminal offense.

We fully share the opinion of the regional prosecutor's office that Sandugash Duisenova's actions do not contain elements of a criminal offense.
