Journalist Aynur Kurmanov was beaten

Journalist and human rights activist Aynur Kurmanov was beaten by unknown persons near entrance of his house at 21.30 p.m. on September 22, 2009. He was sent to the hospital with serious traumas of head and damage of hand. Doctors appreciate his state as medium bad.

Colleagues of A. Kurmanov think that this attack has been planned for deterrent and connected with his human rights and professional activity.
