First issue and first legal proceeding of the newspaper “Focus”

There was publication of the first issue of new weekly republican newspaper “Focus-Facty, Otsenki, Commentarii”. It was published on the eve of 2009. Chief Editor of the newspaper Galina Dyrdina has known that she was instituted to administrative proceeding under article 350 “Violation of order of imprint insertion” of Code of Administrative Violations.
The charges stemmed from misprint in imprint of first issue of the newspaper. There was № 1 on December 24, 2008 in spite of December 29, 2008. When Galina Dyrdina has seen it, she phoned to Ministry of Culture and Information and said about it.
She can be punished by a fine in an amount to twenty monthly assessment indices with confiscation of circulation of media’s output.
