Is the mother of a child a relative to this child’s father?

Last autumn a journalist of the TobolInfo news agency Alexandra Sergazinova was studying state purchases contracts and found out that some vegetables were bought at an unreasonably high price.  She published the article "Why are the suppliers of goods and raw materials to "Enbek-Kostanai" LLP are relatives of the head of the company?   Kuttuzhan Ismagulov, the branch director of  Enbek-Kostanai, and Anara Mukasheva, the mother of his child, filed a lawsuit accusing the journalist and the media of humiliating the honor, dignity and business reputation and demanding compensation for moral damage in the  amount of 500 thousand tenge

On March 4, the Kostanai City Court held its first hearing.  TobolInfo journalist Valeriya Vakhnenko reports:

"Anara is not my wife, we have purely business relations," - Kuttuzhan Ismagulov said in court.

- Do you have children in common? - asked Sergazinova.

- Yes, - Ismagulov replied quietly. - But prove it by documents..."
