In memory of the journalist

Today, August 14, 2018, Sharip Kurakbayev died, the first editor of DAT, a legendary newspaper, each issue of which was passed by readers to each other from hand to hand, from home to home, it was sent by train from village to village (we personally saw it ). As Sharip said in an interview in 2000, "The memory of the" Dat "was longer than his life" (http://old.internews.kz/eng/lap/012/page08.htm).

Later there was shameful bans of the bright, comet-like, and short-lived newspapers Soz and Pravda of Kazakhstan headed by Sharip ...

Last years Sharip worked for  "Anyz adam" magazine, he worked a lot with the Adil soz foundation. He was distinguished by his exceptional conscientiousness, professionalism and exeptional sense of responsibility. He was extraordinary modest as well. He never hinted on his roplein history, did not even think about it and about the fact that he stood at the origins of independent journalism of the country, laid the foundation of it, became an example for journalists ... He never said a word that the shameless stranglehold of the newspapers he headed  affected his health, his life and how much it cost him. It cost him his life.
