According to Zhanbolat Mamay’s wife, Inga Imanbay, the court motivated its decision by the fact that the verdict in the case of the ex-head of BTA Bank Mukhtar Ablyazov has not yet entered into legal force, and therefore the journalist's case can not be considered yet.
