In Shymkent a retiree filed a lawsuit against journalist of 31 Channel

On March 6 preparation for preliminary hearings on the lawsuit of retiree B. Arystanbekova to journalist of Channel 31 Alexandra Kim began in Al-Farabi district court of Shymkent. According to the plaintiff the correspondent defamed her name in the TV news story issuing on October 25, 2016 in the air of the TV channel material "Friends and acquaintances try to rescue an orphan whom mother-in-law placed to a psychiatric hospital " http://www.31.kz/video/show/id/ 15270 /
Neighbors of the plaintiff and employee of the mental health facility are also defendants on the case. The woman demanded from all of them to compensate her moral damage in the amount of 1 million tenge. Court hearings will begin after language examination is finished.
