Dispute grew warm between teacher and director of school Court has admitted truth of teacher

On September 05, 2016 Judge of Kaskelen District Court of Almaty Oblast A. Zhanbyrbaeva satisfied claim in full volume of teacher of Kazakh language and literature Aiman Sagidullaeva with regard to director of school of the village Zhana Turmys of Kaskelen district B. Nusupbekova. Aiman asked to admit illegal and cancel order. Earlier, director of school made a remark “for non-observance of pedagogical ethic with regard to district administration of veterans”.

On May 19, 2016 after 18.00 p.m. director of school B. Nusupbekova dared teacher A. Sagidullaeva to meeting urgently. Thecouncil of veterans of Raiymbek district organized meeting in the school. But, Aiman denied flatly her participation in illegal and undignified arrangement from her point of view. 13 days later, she found out that director of school had made a remark and commemorated.

Aiman Sagidullaeva believed that it was connected with her active attitude to life which expressed in unpleasantness of some actions on the side of administration of school. For example, coercion to participation in unexpected days of voluntary unpaid labour for teachers and schoolchildren, subscription for state periodical editions, purchase of tickets for concerts of amateur artists and etc. She shared her ideas with her colleagues on page in social network Facebook.

Marzhan Aspandiyarova and representative of International Foundation for Protection of Freedom of Speech “Adil Soz” Galiya Azhenova, they together gave legal support to Aiman Sagidullaeva in the court.
