Case of Matayevs Court hearing was not launched But court decision is known

The court hearing will be held on August 22, 2016 at 11.00 a.m. in Astana City Court on Sauran street 32. It is connected with appeal of ruling of Esil District Court (Astana), dated 03 August, 2016. There will be a consideration of appeals against unlawfulness and groundlessness of court rule on dismissal of some appeals of lawyers, jurisdiction of criminal case, performance of an additional forensic economical expertise, finding of place of residence of Matayevs in Astana and change of pre-trial restriction as a house arrest to release on bail. But, on August 19, 2016 District Court № 2 of Esil District of Astana has summoned witnesses to major court hearing which would be held on August 25, 29, 2016. The court of Astana should pass judgment on appeal of lawyers. But, it is known. The Committee for Support of Matayev includes this fact in chronicle of lawless action is allowed with regard to Chairman of Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan, President of National Press Club and General Director of International News Agency KazTAG Aset Matayev.
