Grand mediums of financial police about great hypnotist Matayev Observer’s notes

The first legal proceeding, towards case of Seitkazy and Aset Matayev was launched on August 23, 2016. The prosecutor has appeared for the prosecution. It is serious ordeal to hear monotonous and long speech of prosecutor not to straggle. I stood the ordeal and I was sorely perplexed. Is it serious? Prosecutors stated that, Seitkazy Matayev had highest authority up to this time. Compos, rather good state officials, who was charied of their reputation violated procedures of the state purchases from year to year under his hypnosis. Seitkazy Matayev “using his authority as Chairman of Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan”, he demanded that General Director of Strategic Management of Joint-Stock Company “Kazakhtelecom” Makhanbetazhiev violated conditions of the tender and “assisted” in obtainment of the state order. Why Seitkazy Matayev does not ask and persuade? He demands it.

Matayev and Makhanbetazhiev are not relatives, friends and business partners; they knew each other earlier, according to information of prosecutors. Makhanbetazhiev has committed violations several times, he risked his reputation, career and his successors, who took this position and they made same things from year to year. Seitkazy Matayev on his post knew that Committee of Information and Records organized tenders of placement of the state order and contacted with its directors. From 2010 to 2015 he used his authority for one of other chairmen and deputy chairmen of this committee. Everyone of them changed conditions of the state order out of regard for Seitkazy, who embezzled funds in a large-scale. If we believe prosecutor, we made a mistake. Journalists made a mistake during election and re-election of Chairman of Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan, international journalistic community erred, when it chose him as Vice President of Confederation of Journalistic Unions of CIS and Baltic Countries, probably President of Kazakhstan stumbled, when he appointed Seitkazy Matayev his first press secretary. Everyone of us thought that Seitkazy Matayev is a patriot, who develops information network and supports media that Kazakh people know about events in Kazakhstan and the whole world knows about Kazakhstan. Prosecutor disagrees with it. He stated that Seitkazy Matayev is a criminal person. Matayev was interested in embezzlement of public funds and fulfillment of in advance developed criminal plans.

There were no  letters in indictment. Seitkazy Matayev was surprised at such statements of prosecutors. Of course prosecutors kept a silence. There was a first trial with due legal process. On August 23, 2016 demolition of upper stories of building of National Press Club was launched. An unknown woman, who doubted seismic resistance of building, she made a statement. There was a launching of investigation. At the same day an investigation process, with regard to Seitkazy and Aset Matayevs was carried out. Seitkazy Matayev before day of his detention that prosecution had been ordered. Is he right or not right? Who does want to think about it?
