Camera man of television channel “Otyrar” was hit by guardsmen

On August 05, 2016 a film crew of television channel “Otyrar” went to the territory of psychoneurologic dispensary of Shymkent to make a video report of fire. The journalist Bakhrom Abdullaev and camera man Bakhtiyar Tashpulatov faced to guardsmen of psychoneurologic dispensary of Shymkent. Guardsmen interfered to their professional activity by all means. They attempted to erase a video record, but they failed to take a video camera. Then, a guardsman went at Bakhtiyar Tashpulatov with his fists; he hit on his face. Guardsmen pushed film crew outpsychoneurologic dispensary of Shymkent. During this situation microphone on video camera was damaged.Bakhtiyar Tashpulatov said about his intention to file a complaint with police of infliction of bodily harm. He does not exclude possibility to file legal actions of recovery of moral damage and repair of editorial equipment.
