Journalists of State Press Agency “KazInform” called strike because of pay pause once again

Once again, journalists of LLP “International Press Agency “KazInform” whereby strike, they made an effort to receive their earnings. The Press Agency “KazTAG” informed, that they went to the extremities and called a strike on May 21, 2016. It was connected with backword of payment of salary on the side of Chairman of Committee of Communication, Informatization and Information Talgat Kazangap.

The reviewer of “KazInform” Muratbek Makulbekov on his page in social network Facebook posted an open letter which was addressed to the staff. There was following:

Dear Mister Dauren Diyarov,

We are journalists of of LLP “International Press Agency “KazInform” called a strike on May 21, 2016. It was connected with delay in payment of salary for March-April, 2016. We went to the extremities and called a strike, because earlier, Chairman of Committee of Communication, Informatization and Information Talgat Kazangap promised to solve a problem with our salary. But, 17 May, 2016 General Director of of LLP “International Press Agency “KazInform” Dauren Diyarov said, that documents of transfer to of LLP “International Press Agency “KazInform” were not signed yet. We ask you, please meddle in it.

In more recent times, it has transpired, that there was a meeting in of LLP “International Press Agency “KazInform” where its general director promised to solve a problem with payment of salary until the end of next week. M. Makulbekov has also, informed about it. They decided not to launch a strike tomorrow.
