Let’s we celebrate Guzyal Baidalinova with her birthday

The editor-in-chief of information portal Nakanune.kz Guzyal Baidalinova is in pretrial detention facility of Almaty more two months. Her colleagues informed, that there were no any investigative actions with involvement of her in it.   

On March 03, 2016 Board of Appeals has acknowledged decision of court of the first instance, concerning seizure of flat (in particularly it has not been owed to Guzyal Baidalinova). The lawyer Inessa Kisileva said, that judge has explained his decision as follows. Atthepresenttime, preliminaryinvestigationisconducted. The flat, where Guzyal Baidalinova lived, probably, investigative agencies during pre-trial control would present some evidences.     

We would like to remind you, thatGuzyal Baidalinova is suspected of criminal case. It was opened upon a suit of JSC “KAZKOMMERTSBANK”. She was charged with dissemination of misleading information. There was a search of flat, where she lived on December 18, 2015; on December 26, 2015 court has imposed pre-trial restraint for Baidalinova in the form of detention.

On March 07, 2016 Guzyal Baidalinova has a birthday. ThejournalistGuzyalBaidalinovaisunderarrestduringmoremonths. She was not released on bail on December 31, 2015 and should see the New Year in solitary confinement cell.  Guzyal Baidalinova will celebrate her birthday also, there.
