Prosecutor Office demanded to close magazine "ADAM" finally

On September 25, 2015 ruling, towards suit of Department of Internal Policy (Almaty) came into effect; issue and publication of magazine was suspended during three months. Journalists of magazine "ADAM" posted their prepared materials in social network Facebook not to lose audience and get them across to readers. The Prosecutor's Office has interfered with their activity.  On October 08, 2015 Prosecutor of Medeu District of Almaty M. Bashybaev has applied to court and demanded: 

1. Acknowledge magazine "ADAM", its page in social network in Facebook and "ADAM bol" as unitary media (let' s we remember "Respublika"; it was charged with abet extremism, but not violation of registration rules). 

2. Terminate certificate of registration of magazine "ADAM", forbade to disseminate and post its output in Internet or in some other media, in general. 

The Prosecutor of Medeu District of Almaty M. Bashybaev has also, asked immediately to prohibit owner and editor of magazine"ADAM"  to use freedom of speech and creation in full constitutional volume, prior to court  "for the purpose of ensuring of writ". The Judge of Medeu District Court (Almaty) T. Zhumamuratov has satisfied request of  M. Bashybaev on the same day. 

The next trial on full and final suppression of magazine "ADAM" will be held on October 15, 2015. Will be a man, who entertain doubts about its result?
