There were new arrested persons in action for extortion of Yaroslav Golyshkin

We would like to remind you that criminal case of rape was initiated in February in Pavlodar. Policemen admonished rape victim to take $5000 and withdraw the charge. Pavlodar had been abuzz with rumours about son of oblast akim (governor), who had been one of the participator of rape, that's why this crime was defused. The editor of oblast independent newspaper "Version"  Yaroslav Golyshkin decided to conduct journalistic investigation. He found rape victim and her friend, made a video interview with them and took written evidences. Yaroslav Golyshkin could do it with the help of a man whom he put him down for reliable source of information. The "reliable source of information" recorded this conversation on his mobile phone at the same time. The rape victim described perpetration and her friend said, that she did not recommend her to resign, but this girl was isolated in police, policemen obliged rape victim to take money as compensation.  

Shortly afterwards, blackmail was used towards oblast akim (governor). Unknown persons extorted $500000 and threatened him, if he refused to do it, they post a video of interview, where a son of oblast akim (governor) was mentioned as co-participator of rape.  

Oblast akim (governor) has appealed to Committee of National Security which launched investigation of extortion case.  

At the present time, "reliable source of information", businessman Suleimenov, former investigative officer, editor Yaroslav Golyshkin and friend of rape victim Elmira Kulieva. 

The lawyer of journalist Dmitriy Kuryachenko is sure of Golyshkin, that the regional authorities are trying to make him the scapegoat for a scandal allegedly involving Pavlodar oblast akim (governor) Kanat Bozumbayev’s son. He told about interference to his professional activity, including provocations which were suppressed by Inherent Security Department of Internal Affairs Directorate; his appeals and other documents were gone unanswered. 

Zhulldyz Kulieva said, that her daughter Elmira and rape victim are friends from their childhood. Elmira and rape were witnesses, who had right for protection and they were isolated from family, when extortion case was launched. Her mother retained a lawyer and demanded that he represented the interests of her daughter during interrogatory and other investigatory actions. The lawyer failed to see defendant and her mother received threats, if she insisted on lawyer her daughter would be sent to CNS' remand prison. On June 12, 2015 Elmira Kulieva was recognised as suspect person in commission of extremely serious crime and was taken into custody during two months. She was charged with conspiracy with adult businessman and policemen. The mother of Elmira is sure that her daughter was sent to CNS' remand prison, because she insisted on lawyer and did not agree to speak on her own behalf false versions of charge which were proposed to her.     

Journalists asked some questions towards investigative process. Probably, there was a goal, in order to organize gross crime group and then to expose it succesfully; participants of press conference did not exclude such idea.
