Court of Appeal has enacted decision on closure of magazine “ADAM bol”

The consideration of case over closure of magazine “ADAM bol” on appeal of editorial staff of magazine “ADAM bol” towards decision of Medeu District Court was held on February 26, 2015 in City Court of Almaty.

The presided judge J.T. Nabiev has decreed. The first judgment should be upheld.

We would like to remind you that publication of the independent magazine “ADAM bol” was prohibited on November 20, 2014, in order to secure a suit of Department of Internal Policy of Almaty on full closure of edition.  The charges originated from publication-interview “Our Kazakh people on a foreign war” of Kazakhstan national Aidos Sadykov, who lived in Ukraine. According to rule of judge A.Abisheva magazine “ADAM bol” was closed on December 24, 2015. The plaintiff has discovered propaganda of aggressive war.
