New trial on magazine “ADAM bol”

The consideration of case over closure of magazine “ADAM bol” on appeal will be held on February 26, 2015 at 12.00 a.m. in City Court of Almaty.
We would like to remind you that publication of the independent magazine “ADAM bol” was prohibited on November 20, 2014, in order to secure a suit of Department of Internal Policy of Almaty on full closure of edition. The charges originated from publication-interview “Our Kazakh people on a foreign war” of Kazakhstan national, who lived in Ukraine. According to rule of judge A.Abisheva magazine “ADAM bol” was closed on December 24, 2015.
There will be an open trial. It enables everyone to attend this open trial.
