Authorized agency has sent «recommendations» for non-state-owned media

The Department of Printed Media and Activity of Internet-Resources of Committee of Informatization and Information has sent«recommendations» fornon-state-owned media to  privately-owned media. The letter opens with words “Dear Colleagues, Information Not For Publication”.  

Media outlets have to obey following structure of material handling at the time of implementation of measures of improvement of the economic situation: 

·                     Materials from each briefing if and when they conduct (1-2 materials in column “Breaking News”).

·                     Publication of expert commentaries, concerning valid measures and margin of safety of Kazakhstan which shall allow to hold out in the crisis per week.

·      Preparation of infographic, concerning margin of safety of Kazakhstan,   achievements over the period of its independence  (not less than once per month).

·                     Publication of own materials (including,interview, infographic) about negativesocial developments in foreign countries because of world economic situation (every day).

·                   Supply media support on the following spheres: “Message of the Head of State”“Nurly Zhol”, “Year of APK” (Assembly of People of Kazakhstan), “70th Anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War”, “550th  Anniversary of Kazakh Khanate”, “20th Anniversary of Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “Industrialization”, “EXPO 2017”, social and cultural development   (patriotism, education), social modernization (Salamatty Kazakhstan, healthy lifestyle promotion, family values, “Employment-2020”), EEU (Eurasian Economic Union), Anti-Corruption Enforcement and etc.

·                     During preparation and publication of materials, they have to follow the official statements of authorized competent bodies  in order to avoid publication of unverified and high profile information;

·                     Usage of qualitative photo materials to publications and news (“successful photos);

·                     Observe laws and other regulatory acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan during provision of news and news items.  

        

         Notice:

Necessary materials (digests of foreign media, infographics, a list of speakers, briefing materials of Service of Central Communications) will be sent every day until 13.00 p.m.
