Day for trial according to suit on closure of magazine "ADAMbol" was assigned

We would like to remind you, that in March, 2014 a wife of Aidos Sadykov, Nataliya Sadykova was charged with slander, court has given a ruling of arrest, Aidos, Nataliya Sadykovs together with their children moved from Kazakhstan to Ukraine, in order to evade probable unjustified conviction.
It is noteworthy that "dangerous" interview was published in August, but a suit was brought only on November 18, 2014. On November 20, 2014 distribution and realization of instalment of magazine "ADAMbol" was prohibited, according to court ruling, "prior to judgment". The International Foundation for Protection of Freedom of Speech "Adil Soz" has posted information on this situation on its website on November 21, 2014. These publications have been out of access on November 22, 2014. Materials around situation with magazine "ADAMbol" have been also, out of access on websites of Internet-magazine "Vlast" and some other editions.
The first trial will be held in Medeu District Court of Almaty presided by judge A. Abisheva on November 28, 2014 at 10.00 a.m.
