Direction of news portal Kloop.kg refused to remove material about children-jihadists

Botagoz Absattarova has referred to some international norms and legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan whicj were aimed at struggle against terrorism and religious extremism. It was fifteen minutes' video, demonstrated by Media Center "Islamic State", Company "Al-Hayat" with subtitles in English, Russian and Arab languages. This video was posted on news portal Kloop.kg with link to the website "Daily Mail". The editorial staff of news portal Kloop.kg has refused to response on this letter-request, because spread of information on activity of terrorist groups had not been violation of some international norms, legislation of Kyrgyz Republic; norms of journalistic ethics. This material had been absolutely neutral and it had not any propaganda of terrorism; it was made and prepared, in order to introduce the public with problem.
