There was preparatory procedure to court hearings concerning suit of Department of Internal Policy of Almaty against magazine "ADAMbol"

The magazine was incriminated in calls on war. Experts of Department of Internal Policy of Almaty have determined signs of this crime in article "Our Kazakh people on foreign war". It was an interview with Kazakhstan's human rights defender Aidos Sadykov. On a trial, representatives of plaintiff stated about "accurate call on war", but they could not specify concrete fragment of article and phrases.
The party of defendant has filed motions for change of measure for security of a claim as suspension of magazine publication and its Internet-resource and impleader. All motions were rejected.
The first trial will be held on December 05, 2014 at 10.00 a.m.
