Court has awarded judgment Chairman of Public Foundation "National Anti-Corruption Committee" Musagali Duambekov should recover KZT400000 as compensation of moral damage

We would like to remind you, that Mukshevs from the beginning demanded more KZT92000000 from public figure Musagali Duambekov, then they decreased KZT92000000 to KZT2000000.
Musagali Duambekov told about conflict situation between owners of small plant and their hired worker Alibek Iskakov. Earlier, prior to publications M. Duambekov represented the interests of A. Iskakov in civil court and won two judicial trials. Pursuant to court orders and having applied evidences of A. Iskakov, M. Duambekov wrote his articles. Bakhyt and Salamat Mukashev charged him with slander. The court has found him guilty and sentenced him to restriction of liberty, in spite of facts which showed the absence of intention of M. Duambekov, in order to spread slander.
Now, this sentence became a demand of multimillion amount from civil activist. Bakhyt and Salamat Mukashev stated, that M. Duambekov spread slander with regard to them on a global scale and inflicted damage on their business reputation, honour and dignity.
