Сourt has suppressed publication of magazine "ADAMbol" prior to judgment related to its full closure

It came as surprise for editorial staff. None of editorial staff knew about this suit with demand in peremptory manner to cancel certificate of registration and also, about reasons of such suit. Guljan Ergalieva stated, that this issue of magazine had no any sharp and critical materials.
Experts of foundation "Adil Soz" believed, that it was connected with binder of new issue of magazine. There was a very kind collage with portrait of N. Nazarbaev. This genre is used very seldom in Kazakhstan, but it is distributed in some european countries, including the Russian Federation. The editorial staff of magazine "ADAMbol" is legally entitled to appeal rule and contest claim of civil servants. But, if case was won, none would compensate image and material damages; readers could not see issue of magazine which should be published on November 21, 2014.
