There was attempt to charge journalist Ayan Sharipbayev with resistance to representative of authority

On October 06, 2014 at 23.30 p.m. editor-in-chief of magazine "Adam bol" Ayan Sharipbayev was stopped by two traffic policemen at entrance into the yard of house, where he lived. Ayan Sharipbayev was charged with drunken driving. Sharipbayev demanded, that they submit their documents; in response to it, they trussed and began to head-butt on car trunk. Then, he was taken and sent to the medical examination. Ayan Sharipbayev was sober, according to medical tests. Doctors have refused to give him a copy of protocol.
Then, policemen sent Sharipbayev to the Medeu District Department of Internal Affairs (Almaty), they attempted to initiate proceeding in a case of resistance to representatives of authority. The journalist disagreed with facts of violations and did not sign any documents. Sharipbayev was released, but he did not receive any documents, concerning his medical examination and protocols of chargewith resistance to representative of authority with regard to him.
Ayan Sharipbayev said to specialists of International Foundation for Protection of Freedom of Speech "Adil Soz", he filed a complaint with Prosecutor's Office-General which should arrange for medical examination for the presence of bodilly injuries. Ayan Sharipbayev believed, that it was connected with his professional activity.
