Police officer attacked correspondent of website "Turkestan" Naziya Zhoyamergen

On September 28, 2014 correspondent of website "Turkestan" Naziya Zhoyamergen has attended scene of fire. There was a fire in billiard saloon "Bastau" which was located at the intersection of Bogenbay batyr and Karasay batyr streets in Almaty.
At the time, fire-fighting vechicles, policemen, who maintained the order stood there. Naziya Zhoyamergen has addressed to ranking officer present (in particular, it was a captain of police, who supervised activity of a group of policemen. She was interested in collection of information on persons who have been inside of billiard saloon "Bastau" and on occupational health and safety compliance in the billiard saloon "Bastau".
In response to it, a police officer began to drop F-bombs with regard to Naziya Zhoyamergen and push her out from place, where a group of idlers stood there. When N. Zhoyamergen has attempted to remind policeman about "Police Code of Honour", he chopped at her and pushed her out once again, thus she had like to have fallen.
Her colleague, journalist of website "Alash aynasy" Kanat Abilkhair, who was able to step between policeman and her, a policeman hit her exactly; he intended to do it with regard to her twice.
Naziya Zhoyamergen intended to apply for Almalinsk District Department of Internal Affairs, in order to find this policeman, who refused to introduce himself and file a complaint of interference to professional activity of journalist.
