Journalist Makhambet Abzhan stated about violation of his professional rights

The correspondent of newspaper "Pravda Kazakhstana" Makhambet Abzhan informed the following information. On August 29, 2014 he carried out video recording in the building of Specialized Interdistrict Administrative Court (Astana). Bailiffs haled human rights activist Talas Sagimbayev into court room. He could not go there on his own initiative because of extreme disturbance of the general sense of well-being. The bailiff Dosanov took mobile phone by force. M. Abzhan used it, in order to carry out video recording.
Later, when jouranlist stated about violation of his professional rights district police officer returned him his mobile telephone.
