Over 130 non-governmental organizations and citizens of Kazakhstan, CIS and foreign countries upheld appeal of community to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, they asked to put a veto on passing and passed codes: Criminal, Criminal Procedural, Penal Codes and Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan.These laws will seriously prejudice our constitutional rights - to freedom of associations, freedom of faith, freedom of speech and creation, liberty of person, integrity of dignity of the person and etc.
