Journalists of Almaty commemorated World Press Freedom Day

Journalists of Almaty commemorated World Press Freedom Day in cinema "Caesar". There, they could see a video-clip about attacks on journalists. The video-clip was devoted to libel in the draft of Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Artists of theatre "ART I SHOCK" showed performance about difficulties in work of journalists, based on a real facts. Viewers in social networks made their impression using words:"Wow! But, unhappily".
This arrangement was organized and conducted by International Foundation for Protection of Freedom of Speech "Adil Soz", International Organization "ARTICLE 19"and Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan with the support of Cabinet of Norway, Almaty Cluster Office of UNESCO and Friedrich Ebert Foundation.
