Journalists of new Internet-portal "Nakanyne.KZ" (http://nakanynekz.url.ph) are not sure that state authority will allow them to work for long time

On April 30, 2014 editorial staff of the newspaper "Assandi-Times" (it was shut down, according to court ruling) has announced the functioning of new Internet-portal "Nakanyne.KZ" (http://nakanynekz.url.ph) at a press conference in Almaty.
They could not register new newspaper, the authorized agency refused them to state registration, after that they decided to publish their newspaper in Internet. Oxana Makushina explained the selection of title of Internet-portal was connected with title of newspaper "Nakanune" (it was published quite a long time ago) and where Michael Bulgakov was published.
"Whereas, court ruling has no ban on implementation of journalistic activity with participation of persons with concrete surnames, we act legally and appropriately. Yet, at the same time we fully sense the new project – is a pilot scheme and revise of the state authority, according to information of press release. That's why we address our request to international organizations, human rights activists and diplomatic missions, in order to become monitors for actions of the state authority with regard to our editorial staff for a long time. Using our example, you can see clearly, procedure of exercise of right to freedom of expression of opinions and right to dissemination and receiving of information".
We would remind you that, 21 April, 2014 court has made a rule, in order to ban publication of newspaper "Assandi-Times". It was admitted as "universal media Respublika". Journalists intend to appeal against court decision in upper court instance.
