On April 01, 2014 Investigative Officer of the Department of Internal Affairs (Astana) V. M. Shutko has given indictment to Head of Internet-project Insiderman Valeriy Surganov. According to this document, Surganov in collusion, using linguistic methods of manipulation by the public conscence, organized criminal group with intent to slander judge Daniya Kisikova.
We would remind you that, judge Daniya Kisikova has filed a suit against Valeriy Surganov on November 22, 2013.
The charges originated from some publicatons, related to trial on rape which were posted on the website www.insiderman.kz. However, Valeriy Surganov has refused to disclose information sources and authors of publications; criminal case was opened against "unidentified persons".
