Journalist Zhanna Baitelova has received warning from district procurator

The correspondent of newspaper "Assandi Times" Zhanna Baitelova was assigned to duty, in order to cover peaceful meetings on February 15-16, 2014 near hotel "Kazakhstan" and on the Square of Republic in Almaty. The day before, General Prosecutor's Office of Bostandyk District has sent to her warning "Caution on the impermissibility of abuse of law in the procedure provided for in clause 25-1 of law "On Procuratorate" of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This document was signed by Public Prosecutor of Bostandyk District B. Zhumakapov; it had warning of responsibility for disturbance of public assemblies, meetings, rallies, pickets, demonstrations and street processions.
