Public Prosecutor Baurzhan Zhumakanov demanded to suspend publication of newspaper “Pravdivaya Gazeta”

The Public Prosecutor of Bostandyk District of Almaty Baurzhan Zhumakanov has filed a claim in Bostandyk District Court. He has demanded to suspend publication of the newspaper “Pravdivaya Gazeta”. Baurzhan Zhumakanov has pointed at some violations, committed by editorial staff. Within a year, they violated order of pronouncement of data out, owner of the edition failed to remove the cause of judicial suspension and publication and dissemination of the newspaper during period of its suspension.
The next trial will be held on February 10, 2014 at 17.00 p.m. in Bostandyk District Court.
