There was no next trial on February 14, 2014 because of absence of plaintiff. We would remind you that public prosecutor (Bostandyk district, Almaty) has filed a suit against editorial staff of the newspaper “Pravdivaya Gazeta”
The representative of newspaper Ramazan Yesergepov has declared about challenge of judge. He explained, that judge dismissed three petitions (three petitions were presented by Yesergepov, earlier). Judge has violated right of newspaper to fair investigation of circumstances of the case. On February 14, 2013 motion to dismiss was not considered.
The editorial staff of newspaper“Pravdivaya Gazeta” and public prosecutor (Bostandyk district, Almaty) will know about date and next trial from summons.
