Director of travel agency charged journalists of "5 Kanal" with libel

The charges originated from "on-air" review of correspondent of "5 Kanal" Ludmila Batushkina on December 12, 2013. There was information on fraud in the sphere of travel business. The material was prepared upon a request of resident of Karaganda Valeriy Vasiliev to the editorial office. He has concluded prepayment contract in the large amount with one of the travel agencies of Karaganda and Vasiliev attempted to annul contract day later, but could not do it.
The Director of LLP "Gold Family Travel" Timur Buketov knew office of his firm in video sequence of review. He has filed a suit against journalist to the court; charged her with libel. Also, Buketov asked to bring responsibility television channel anouncer Svetlana Dement, who said the following:"Residents of Karaganda are bought fraudsters' spin again, who propose travel packages for foreign tour" in the introduction to disputable material.
