Court has made decision It has fined and suspended activity of editorial staff of newspaper "Pravdivaya Gazeta" again

On December 18, 2013 editorial staff of the newspaper "Pravdivaya Gazeta" has received two decisions which were passed by judge of Specialized Interdistrict Court of Almaty A. Korazbayeva. First, that issue of newpaper, dated 22 November, 2013 was printed by printing house, only November 20, 2013 printted matter was fined on fifty monthly assessment indicies. Second, data outs were printed unclearly in brush proof of the same issue of newspaper; judge passed decision to suspend publication of it during three months.
There was a trial on December 05, 2013; editorial staff knew about it only in the evening on December 13, 2013 after telephone conversation with Officer of Department of Internal Affairs of Akimat (District Administration) of Almaty. The editor and lawyer of newspaper "Pravdivaya Gazeta" were not informed about lawsuit; they were deprived from rights, in order to attend and participate in it. On December 18, 2013 lawyer R. Toymatov has received following information, that owner and editor-in-chief Aliya Ismagulova were informed by telephone duly. But, A. Ismagulova has denied this fact of telephone call.
We would remind you that, newspaper "Pravdivaya Gazeta" is printed as all printed matters, according to schedule of printing houses, the day before publication and untill 22 December, none of copy was sold. Unclear data outs were made because of technical error of printing house; it corrected them timely. Editorial staff had documents which fully justified them in offences for which it was punished and it intended to present them in the court.
