Court of appeal has left decision on suspension of newspaper "Pravda Kazakhstan" standing

On October 24, 2013 Board of Appeals of Almaty City Court has left decision of Court of the First Instance on suspension of newspaper "Pravda Kazakhstan" standing and its editor-in-chief Sharip Kurakbayev.
We would remind you that, on September 26, 2013 there was a final lawsuit against editorial staff of the newspaper «Pravda Kazakhstana» and its editor-in-chief Sharip Kurakbayev in Specialized Interdistrict Court Administrative Court of Almaty. They were charged with trespass under article 350 p.2 «Violation of order of pronouncement of data out» of Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The court has ruled to fine Sh. Kurakbayev on ten monthly assessment indices and suspend the issue of newspaper «Pravda Kazakhstana» during three months.
