Issue of newspaper "Pravda Kazakhstana" was suspended during three months

There was a final lawsuit against editorial staff of the newspaper "Pravda Kazakhstana"and its editor-in-chief Sharip Kurakbayev in Specialized Interdistrict Court Administrative Court of Almaty. They were charged with trespass under article 350 p.2 "Violation of order of pronouncement of data out" of Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The court has ruled to fine Sh. Kurakbayev on ten monthly assessment indices and suspend the issue of newspaper "Pravda Kazakhstana" during three months.
