Lawsuit against Alexander Kharlamov: reports of independent experts were attached to case

There was a continuation of lawsuit against journalist and human rights defender Alexander Kharlamov which was chaired by judge K. K. Elemesov in Ridder City Court of East Kazakhstan Oblast on August 07, 2013. He was charged with incitement of religious enmity. His lawyer Magauya Taukenov has made some applications. Three applications (in particular, conduction of independent complex expertise of Kharlamov's texts which were posted on his page in Internet, variation of preventive measure and challenge of a judge) were dismissed.
The only one application (in particular, attachment of complex expertise to case) was satisfied.
S.V. Kolchigin Doctor of Philosophy, Professor, A. M. Kim Doctor of Psychology, Professor, R. D. Karymsakova Candidate of Philological Sciencies, Docent and Z.A. Karazhanov Master of Politology have made give scientific and advisory findings of the texts of A. Kharlamov.
