On August 06, 2013 editor-in-chief of newspaper "Pravdivaya Gazeta" Aliya Ismagulova was challenged to conversation in Department of Internal Policy of Akimat (District Administration) of Almaty. It was connected with appeal which was signed by resident of Almaty Kanat Bayzhanov. He asked to explain the place where it was possible to purchase issue of newspaper "Pravdivaya Gazeta".

Representatives of Department of Internal Policy of Akimat (District Administration) of Almaty responsed on it strangely and rapidly. At those day, they sent a letter-request and received documents about number of printed issues and invoices. They knew that, 7000 issues were published in spite of declared 8000 issues and regarded it as a violation of rules of publication of publisher's imprints. There was no knowing what they answered to visitor of the website and answered whether. However, journalist Rozlana Taukina informed, that Department of Internal Policy of Akimat (District Administration) rapidly observed all necessary formalities, in order to remand the case to Administrative Court of Almaty. The lawsuit will be held on August 07, 2013.

Commentary of President of "Adil Soz" Tamara Kaleyeva:

It is strange why issue on places of distribution of the newspaper brought into control of printing house documents. It would be logically to ask editorial staff about it, if representatives of akimat (district administration) really wanted to answer for question, but not to give a handle to unannounced inspection and probable closure of fresh independent newspaper. It helps to remember that the first issue of newspaper "Pravdivaya Gazeta" was rapidly seized for mistakes in publisher's imprints and also, upon initiative of Department of Internal Policy of Akimat (District Administration) of Almaty. Draconian statutes of code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan allow to suspend publication of newspaper for further violation of publication rules of technical information designated as publisher's imprints.
